Order and Payment Processing

Currently, UP accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. If you'd like to purchase an item via check or cash, email UP to arrange that. Items purchased by check through the mail will require additional time, as shipment will be held until your check clears my bank.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within ten business days via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex.+ International orders are currently not configured into my shopping cart. If you would like to purchase something and you are outside of the United States, please email UP to calculate shipping costs.


UP will accept returns and provide refunds for all products, excluding shipping costs, within thirty days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned to UP in original, undamaged, re sellable condition.
  • UP is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss in return shipment. It is recommended that you purchase package insurance and tracking for your returns.

Please email UP for further information to process returns, including the address to use for return items.

Refunds will be processed within ten days of return receipt and will be processed in the same manner that the original payment came through. For example, if you paid for your order with PayPal, you will receive your refund via PayPal.

Privacy Notice

With every order, UP collects basic information such as Name, Address, and E-mail Address as well as payment information. We do NOT sell, rent or give this information to other companies or individuals. All credit card numbers are processed using a secure transaction.

UP will use collected e-mail addresses to send periodic newsletters to customers. However, if you do not want to receive these newsletters, you can unsubscribe from the list at any time by following instructions within the emails.
